- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My 1st time to this restaurant and although the food was great the service was shocking! We waited ages after sitting down if we wanted drinks then there was a mix up with a soft drink we ordered and had to ask 3 times for the drink. The waiters didn't come up to ask if we needed anything. We had to ask for napkins, chilli, tooth picks and then again they got the drink order wrong. They were quite rude as i guess they thought we were being demanding or the like. After we had finished and asked for the bill that fell on deaf ears too... when leaving they didn't acknowledge us... it was very poor service indeed which was a shame as food pretty yummy. Chilli Blossom in Caringbah is 5 star service and 5 star food. Definitely better than this restaurant!By Mel Gray, January 09, 2017
