Excellent. Friendly staff. Love the baked eggs but you need to get here early as they sell out quickly. The one problem is that they are pre made and you can see that they have a few left in the glass cabinet but then you have to stand in a que to order and pay and several times by the time we got to the front of the que they were all gone. This place is always packed, especially Sunday morning so sometimes you need to wait for a table. This can be difficult if your food comes out and you still don't have a table. Although a minor inconvenience.

Ordered the porridge and a chai latte and it was excellent. Highly recommended for a brekky and chai.
