  Back in February I had a sea food platter ( which was my favorite place to get a seafood platter ) delivered to my table. upon eating it my fiance found a hair deep fried into the calamari. I am not usually one to complain however I raised it to the waitress's attention. We were offered a free drink to compensate it and made to feel as if it was our fault a hair was in there. Further more I expressed I would never attend the restaurant again. My fiance twisted my arm to hold our wedding there in November next year been that it is the "perfect" location. My fiance made an enquiry and not one person had the decency to return her phone call. Now we arent talking about a $180 sea food platter we are talking about a $40-50,000 wedding. Appalling customer service and just unacceptable. Now I am certain I will never attend Sea Level at Cronulla ever again.

  Ate here last night , 2nd time we have been here, both times impeccable food, incredible service, one of the hidden gems of the South. Special mention to waitress Amy, you are the reason I gave 5 stars. Well done, keep it up

  We were there on 3 Jan 2017 and the meal was a little late arriving due to new chef. They gave us a credit on the bill so certainly highly interested in serving the customer. Lovely ocean views. Next holiday in Cronulla we will certainly be visiting SEA LEVEL. Great experience !!!!
