The quality has been going downhill. It seems the yogurt is getting icier and less creamy. The toppings bar is often in disarray. Maybe you need more than 2 workers during holiday season? Also the booth seats were very run down, the material had cracks and just looked horrible. It's too bad. We used to really look forward to going to here but now I dread it.
